Experience

Sapan specializes in one-one personal training for weight loss, strengthening and increasing bone density in clients with arthritis and osteoporosis. He individualizes each client’s program to fit their needs and help them reach their goals. He also works as a physical therapy aide en route to receiving his Doctorate in Physical Therapy next year. Sapan enjoys exercising and playing recreational basketball in his free time.
